YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE CONVENTION 2022 WILL BE OUR FIRST PRIORITY

We have coordinated with the hotel for your safety in all activities.

• Distance in round tables of 72' with the number of people allowed per table and up to a maximum capacity in each room, according to the current executive order.
• Wearing a mask at all times. We will have extra masks for those who need them.
• Hand sanitizer will be provided in all areas.
• Entrance and exit to the EXPO will be controlled by ushers during breaks. We will have steps on the floor to guide the direction of traffic flow.

In addition to these measures, the Sheraton Hotel also has its security measures, both for food handling and for mitigation of contagions, for a double peace of mind for our participants.
